This notice covers the public CYM website and the CYM member and management portal.

Information on this site

The portal uses Supabase for email authentication and persistent membership profiles, application requests, and organizational records. Registration requests collect a name, email, country, optional contact number, interests, and a short statement. Passwords are handled by Supabase Auth; they are not published or stored in plain text by this website. Membership remains pending until authorized review. The public management directory contains published leadership records only. No advertising or analytics tools are configured.

Local storage and hosting

Your color-theme preference and authentication session may be stored in your browser. Log out on shared devices. A service worker may cache public website files, but portal routes and API requests are excluded from that cache. Clear site data in your browser to remove these. The hosting provider may process standard technical connection data such as IP addresses for service delivery and security. The public website uses system fonts to avoid extra font downloads. Some existing portal interfaces may still request Google Fonts.
